I bless you and curse you....  First I bless you for all the wonderful books you are bringing to my attention that I need to read.

I curse you as my stack of "to be read" is already in avalanche territory and there are not enough hours in my days to whittle it down.  You are adding to the stack.

IFF Books has announced the May 2015 availability of Brief Peeks Beyond: Critical Essays on Metaphysics, Neuroscience, Free Will, Skepticism and Culture. The book, by Bernardo Kastrup, is described as "a multi-faceted exploration and critique of the human condition as it is presently manifested." I am the new book review editor for the ACSC, and I'm glad to see this forum has already been created. I will begin to post news of new books here, and will announce which books have reviews in upcoming ASCS publications. It would be a great help to me for members of the academy to let me know of books they are discovering that would be appreciated by the group. Thanks, Lee, for setting up this site.

I have been in need of a new book and will look for Journey of the Souls.  Pam Grout's book is about your individual connection ot the universe and, although is not new material, the experiments were interesting to try. Thanks, I'll get back to you after Ive read a bit.
